Ubuntu 8.04 LTS "Hardy Heron" has just been released. Congrats to Ubuntu community!
And the DVD is available only through cdimage.ubuntu.com which is overloaded. I think the all torrent files must be kept on separate server which does not have HTTP downloads.
Anyways, somehow I managed to get the .torrent file for Ubuntu DVD.
